CHARDONNAY
This floral, cool climate Chardonnay was grown and crafted in Faraday, Central Victoria on the granite soils of Mount Alexander. It is made in the true Burgundian style, with fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels, extended yeast contact and stirring, and partial malolactic fermentation.
